Website Blocked for suspicious content

Hi there,

I've had a customer reach out on my website saying Malwarebytes is flagging our site and not allowing them to download our content they purchased. The site is https://hitpointpress.com/ and from the custom they received this "Website Blocked: hitpointpress.comv2.6.27 | Heuristics: suspicious content"

I believe this would be a false positive as our content is just pdf and other content files. Our website is supported by the Shopify ecommerce platform as well and we believe this systems as secure.
