Is this a false positive or a problem, please help

I had an issue and ran malwarebytes in safe mode. It found the issues and fixed. To be sure I reran not in safe mode and It had a rouge.installer on a registry key as a problem, but tells me no action has been taken. I ran in safe and it showed nothing. I went back and re ran in regular again and it showed the problem again. I ran it again so that I could save in developer mode. The following is the log. Is this a false positive or something else. Please help
