Internet on desktop doesn't work after removing Antivirus system PRO

Well since the Antivirus system PRO is still getting me even in death. Ever since removing Antivirus system PRO, I am not able to acsess the internet ever since.

First I turned off system restore, I went into safe mode with networking, I ran Spybot: Search and Destroy, AVG Free and Malware Bytes to make sure it was gone for good. Then I went back to normal mode, turned on system restore, and everything turned back to normal, except my internet. Anyone have any pointers?
