Security Tool Infected System Can't Access Internet

Recommended Posts

My kids have clicked on something that allowed security tool to attack my computer. I have no desktop, can't run Malwarebytes and cannot access the internet on that system to download anything. How can I run a removal tool with no internet access?

I was able to "outrun" the virus one time and Malwarebytes ran and detected over 900 infected files. However, it froze and I couldn't proceed. I have read this steals personal information. Is this true? If so, what do you recommend to avoid identity theft.

Thank you in advance...I appreciate this forum.
