TinyHelper Posted June 4 ID:1640845 Share Posted June 4 With the latest release (update..) for Malwarebytes the Addon doesn't detect I got the Malwarebytes Premium installed, instead it shows a yellow interface with the text "Upgrade", stating I have "Malwarebytes Free scanner" installed but not the actual Premium Software. I thought it would be a good idea to report this "error\bug" so it can be fixed. Screenshot of the UX is included. Link to post
Solution Porthos Posted June 4 Solution ID:1640846 Share Posted June 4 @TinyHelper Please do the following. I checked mine and had the same issue and this fixed it. If you're having issues with Malwarebytes Browser Guard you may want to try to update the program manually. Click on the extension icon If you can not see the Browser Guard icon in the browser toolbar, click the puzzle icon and unhide or pin the icon. Click the Kebab Menu -> then Support Click the Check for database updates button If still having an issue then click Clear Browser Guard Storage, Restart the Browser, and check for Database Updates again Link to post
