Can't Login to Malwarebytes

I don't mess with Malwarebytes on my PC but I have now encountered a problem. I have the lifetime license and have had it since it came out many years ago. On going into MB I found that I am on a 14 day trial and so I went to put in both my ID number and my key number and first it came back that I had exceeded the number of times I had used my ID and key numbers. I tried a couple of old email address as well as my password and I still couldn't log in.

I'm not sure what that means, we have two PC's in the house but the other PC belonging to my wife while having MB is on it has an annual subscription so it's not that. The real problem for me is that I bought MB many years ago and for the life of me I can't remember the email address I used and the password I created and so I can't create a ticket or get into my account to fix things.

So without being able to login how on earth can I contact support to get some help getting back into my account. I still have the original receipt from when I bought MB if that's any help. I really would appreciate a little help as I have been trying to fix this for hours now and getting nowhere.

From the main support page

https://support.malwarebytes.com/hc/en-us

Go to the bottom of the page. On the right side launch the AI Chatbot

Since you cannot log into your Account, select Manage Account and Billing

Then tell the AI Chatbot you want to create a Support Ticket

Then when it asks, select Unable to login to my account

Then fill in what issue you're having to connect or login to your account, etc.

The AI Chatbot should create the ticket for you.

You can use ANY email address where you can access the email account

The AI chatbot won't let me create a ticket, no matter what I say it tells me to log into my account

Watch the steps I posted

Then tell the AI Chatbot you want to create a Support Ticket

I just tried again and got much the same thing. I can't remember the email address nor the password. I'm also not seeing what your seeing , it doesn't give me any options like the ones given you.

Now it's giving me the options the same as you posted above, ticket has been created.

Many thanks for your help Porthos, I couldn't have done it without you. TBH I really don't understand it all, I don't think I've ever logged into the account since creating it which was back in 2011

That is why I called it a merry-go-round. Got to ride it over and over again to get it right.

Please use an email in the future that you will not lose access to or stop using so you "forget" it.  For example, Spectrum here where I live, when switch providers they remove your email account and you have no further access to the account at all.
