We do not show either the domain nor the IP which the domain resides on in our database, was this perhaps a Browser Guard block only?

I already checked for a BG block on 3 different browser before I asked for a screenshot.

@EstebanBarbudez This client is using a VERY OLD product that has not been updated in a long time.

Current updated versions do not detect this as stated.

I suggest you have the user come to the forums so we can assist them in updating the version of the software.
