I got Hijack :(?

About a week ago I started hearing random click noises coming from my speaker every day in the afternoon only. This random click noises happens when my computer is on and not running any software at all . I was told that this is a symptom of a hijack and that i should run and anti-virus which i did, ( ESET) and Malwarebytes and then the people that i talk to told me to run hijackthis and post a log of my results in here.

What i would like to know is that it is true that i was hijack or are the random click noises just a simple error in my pc?
