Unable to install Malwarebyte on addtitional devices via google play

Bought premium 2019 for Tablet through google play.  Trying to install 2 new android phones after removing malwarebytes app from old phones.  Now google play shows on additional devices 1 newphone with installed app although can't see app on phone (tried manual download to activate - no good).  The other additional device pointing to an old phone no longer accessible.   Have created a malwarebytes account but can't change anything . malwarebytes help says google play manages it on your behalf. No luck there. Can't manage anything .  Please help

First, Malwarebytes needs to have a license/available "seat" for each device. Terms have changed since 2019.

As my licence through google play is due for renewal near end of may, would it not be better to buy direct from Malwarebytes and therefore get direct support?

Yes, Be sure to purchase enough seats to cover all of the devices you intend to use it on.
