It might not fall under false positive as it might be potentianly unwanted if the user forgets to delete it after using the site. But I figured someone could take a look.

According to system requirements lab it only is supposed to collect hardware info not any personal info. Is it unsafe?

Hello and thank you for your report. It is being correctly labeled as riskware due to data collection, which the user may or may not be okay with. Hence, we mark it as riskware and not malware.
