Malwareybtes browser guard issue

I am unsure if this is the right place to ask this question. I have Malwarebytes browser guard installed on the Kiwi browser for Android and when it is turned on I cannot seem to load any websites or it is very slow to load pages.  Any suggestion on what to do? I uninstalled the browser and reinstalled it. I also reinstalled Malwarebytes browser guard.  Nothing worked.

I have never tried Kiwi so I can't offer advice. It might not work on mobile.

It is not officially supported on other browsers except the following

Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari
