Can I safely disable checks for this site. Staff blender Posted April 27 Staff ID:1632949 Share Posted April 27 Hello, It seems the site uses multiple IPs. I think I found the one causing the alerts. Domain was not blocked. I could see no reason to have the IP blocked so removed the block. Update will be out within a couple hours. In the mean-time you can allow IP 209.222.115.38 if you don't want to wait for the update. Can I get you to generate me a set of logs? Download the support tool from here: https://downloads.malwarebytes.com/file/mbst Run the file (OK the UAC prompt), Read and OK license agreement, next to complete install. Tool opens. At the left, click "advanced", click "gather logs", OK the popup. A zip file will be saved to your desktop called "mbst-grab-results.zip". (you can exit the tool) Can you PM me those logs please?
