My site blocked due to 'excessive notification requests'?

Hi - I was unaware that long polling for notifications is considered malicious all of a sudden? How do I prevent this error?

My site is https://www.alphabot.app - we absolutely do not have any type of malicious behavior on our site!

Normally we use google's push notifications but for browsers where that connection fails, we do long polling for notifications, which our users rely on to remain updated in our system.

Please advise what the proper interval for long polling is to avoid triggering this type of blocking behavior for our users who have the Malwarebytes browser guard extension installed.
