Chasion Posted April 26 ID:1632708 Share Posted April 26 Hi, We wrote a program that control access with fingerprint (ZK SDK). After we install this in our client we got a reply that Malwarebytes flags the program as malware (MachineLearning\/Anomalous.93%). This is obviously a false positive and we need to fix this. First time having this issue. We already tried to remove or change some parts of the code but without success. What we can do in this cases? The exclusion of the software on Malwarebytes is not accepted by our client. Please help. Thanks.
