Dom999 Posted April 24 ID:1632198 Share Posted April 24 Quote Thanks! Can you also unblock 45.42.202.181, server.netservicesv84.com, ns1.netservicesv84.com, ns2.netservicesv84.com. I don't know how these got marked as spam/malware. This is for my server for my clients websites and no sites have issues. The Malwarebytes issue is for server IP and site. Which is strange as I saw it marked as unfsafe the day after I bought the domain when I'm the forst owner to ever own netservicesv84.com. So I know it's a glitch. There is no issues on the server as I pay for Imunify360 so it protects the server at a high level plus if there are issues it's auto cleaned up within hours. I use 45.42.202.181:2096 for example to access webmail and I get the Malwarebyter block screen. So if you could please remove the notice and mark al of those on the safe list please. Link to post
Porthos Posted April 24 ID:1632201 Share Posted April 24 @Dom999 This is a different kind of block and it is always best to start a new topic each time. This is a Browser Guard exclusive "Heuristic" block. I have moved your post to the correct section so the Browser Guard team can address it. 1 Link to post
Dom999 Posted April 24 Author ID:1632206 Share Posted April 24 Thanks for helping move it to the correct area Link to post

Click on the extension icon If you can not see the Browser Guard icon in the browser toolbar, click the puzzle icon and unhide or pin the icon. Click the Kebab Menu -> then Support Click the Check for database updates button If still having an issue then click Clear Browser Guard Storage, Restart the Browser, and check for Database Updates again Link to post

Staff Dashke Posted June 17 Staff ID:1643311 Share Posted June 17 @Dom999 are you able to add a local exclusion to the site? Can you please send us a log so we can check what is triggering the heuristic block? 1 Link to post
