Thanks, my last FP they took care of with just the VT so that's what I thought to use this time.

My last post was correct, they took care of my last FP via a VT screenshot. It was a mix of the forum, support and email, which they had to solve because the forum was also throwing off its own errors when trying to post. The screenshot was allowed and the problem was solved.
