Question about restoration of quarantined files

Hello,

New customer using Nebula.
As a software development company, my company has a lot of false positives for machinelearning malware quarantines.

Just wondering- how long does file restoration actually take, after marking for restoration under the "Monitor> Quarantine" module?

I would add the dev folder to the allow list.

I would highly suggest that you open a support ticket with Business Support to work with them directly.

Submit  Business Support Ticket  

It can take a few days for a response as ticket volume is high at this time.
