FP - Downloading of new CCleaner version blocked.

Malwarebytes Browser Guard (Firefox) is blocking the downloading of the new version of CCleaner that was released earlier today. (v6.23).

It is blocking the downloading of both the Standard and Slim installers from the CCleaner Builds page. https://www.ccleaner.com/ccleaner/builds
(It is not blocking the download of the "Sunset" installer, or of the the Portable version from the same page).

MBG objects to the connection to "bits.avcdn.net" when you click either of the download buttons.

Thanks @Porthos, I'd missed that post from earlier today about the same issue/block because of where it was posted.

MBG has never blocked downloads from the CCleaner Builds page before, so either the MGB blocklist has changed or the download link location has.

I'll let the CCleaner staff know.

Just an update on this ongoing blocking of the CCleaner installers from their 'Builds' page.

CCleaner have been talking to Malwarebytes about it and have let me know the outcome.

Apparently the CDN that CCleaner uses to deliver the installers was briefly added to EasyList, it was quickly removed again but in the time that it was there MBG had picked up that version of EasyList.

The word is that all should be fixed again with the next update of MBG which will include a newer version of EasyList and so should stop blocking the CCleaner installer downloads.
