Bogus McAfee notifications about system damaged and infections.

@RickFisher The following is yur issue. Actually not an infection.

Please reference the below Malwarebytes Labs article on Browser Push Notifications.
Look for the section "How do I disable them?"
Browser push notifications: a feature asking to be abused

Google Chrome:
Turn notifications on or off - Google Chrome

Mozilla Firefox:

These are called FakeAlerts.  They are not malware that exist on a PC to detect on a scan.  They are a kind of Malicious Advertisements (aka; Malvertisements) .

Most exist as web pages but many others are "received" as Browser Push Notifications as the PDF graphics suggest.

Did you scan this it into PDF Format (Scanitto Pro) from some printed graphics?

If yes, where did you get the graphics to scan into the PC ?
