Brower Guard not linked to Premium on Windows 7

A desktop with Win7 occupies one seat of Premium MB. Yesterday I looked at Browser Guard and was surprised to see that it is not "linked" to my Premium subscription.

attachment 1 shows I have MB premium installed
attachment 2 shows Browser Guard with an "upgrade" message to install Premium.

Please advise.
Thank you.

My Firefox and MS Edge are on Win7 and they both show Installed (in Green) with no "i" in a circle to its right.

is not a Win7 issue.

EDIT:

Found a way to screen capture view within Edge.
