Identity Protection Activation

I got an email confirming my purchase and a link to activate Identity Select. When I click on this I get the following




I have retried it several times on Edge and Chrome. I have raised a ticket and get an automatic reply asking me to do what I have already done and closing the ticket. I went onto chat but it is virtual assistant. I emailed support@malwarebytes.com and it refers me back to the support page.

Can someone please help with the problem or give me an email address that someone will respond to or a live chat.
