How do I Authenticate for Identity Theft Protection?

I tried to submit a support ticket but it gave me an automated response saying to use the Identity Theft Protection services but I cant use them because when i open it up it has the "Verify your identity for your TransUnion service" and when ever I hit the Authenticate button nothing happens. Is there something im supposed to do before hand to use the Identity Theft Protection services?
