Shall we try again? 3rd post for help

Ive been trying for 3-4 days to remove a trojan called "DNSChanger!ca" my mcaffee active scanner catches it randomly whenever im on the web and it causes IE8 to close. ive read up on many different forums about it, and tried various approaches of removal and still have it. ive used malwarebytes, SUPERAntispyware, MVReg clean, CCleaner, ive run virus scans as well. in normal and safemode both. i dont know what else to do other than reformating and i do not wish to do so because i dont want to lose tons of info on my computer that unfortunately cant be replaced. here are a list of current logs from malwarebytes and hijackthis..
