We do a lot of in-house development, and the devs are constantly having to get exceptions to their builds.  The locations where these binaries end up is also not static, so adding a directory exclusion isn't really good.. or secure.  We'd love to see the feature added so we can exclude based on signature.  They sign their code with in-house certificate, and Nebula just goes on to something else.  Obviously, keeping each dev's private key secure is on us, but is something I really leveraged with Bit9/CarbonBlack.. or whatever VMware calls it now.
