There are various issues that could be at fault. It is probably best to take this over to the HJT forum where some scans from other tools and methods can be explored. Also, when I switch to Quarantine page, there is an error code as well.But all the function works well except the error code, it's little bit agonising. GT500 Posted November 17, 2009 ID:158942 Share Posted November 17, 2009 MBAM has trouble with Unicode characters, as it is written in Visual Basic, and Visual Basic does not fully support Unicode. When the application hits characters that are encoded in Unicode (such as Chinese characters) it will usually throw an error code, and keep scanning.This should no longer be an issue once the tedious task of porting MBAM into C++ is finished. I do not believe there is currently a time table for this though, as it is not always an easy task to port from one programing language to another.
