I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this message.  If it isn't, please point me in the right direction.

Some background:  on Monday 4 March I received an email containing my personal data report except, it isn't me.  The stranger and I share the same first letter of our first name and we share the same surname.  I suspect that he is using my email address as a spam email dumping ground as none of his emails that I receive are important (vet appointments, messages from a real estate agent, messages from a Ford dealership).  To stop the messages from cluttering the inbox, I've marked all those messages as spam.

Now, how do I go about fixing the report that Malwarebytes sent me?
