Website blocked - Excessive notification requests

Hi,  I am facing a an issue with my site:

with customers complaining that they are getting the attached warning, 

Can someone help with identifying why this issue occurs and how this can be resolved?

The site has been whitelisted. Please allow 15-30 minutes for the changes to take effect.
