We do not show either the domain nor the IP which the domain resides on in our database, was this perhaps a Browser Guard block only?

Yes, this was the browserguard. Please have a look at the screenshot I provided.

Please check for updates in the Malwarebytes Browser Guard extension.

cdn.leadmanagerfx.com --> redirects to  https://app.webfx.com/signin

 

 

Try to update the database first. Then relaunch the URL. If that does not work then try clearing the storage and check for updates again
