So many apps. are blocked by Malwarebyte on my android cell phone.

New user on Android cellular Malwarebytes. My apps IE. Fast food apps, coupons, shopping etc. are now blocked by the Malwarebytebyte app. ( I have VPN by Malwarebytes too) Those apps. are no longer works on my cell phone. Is there a way to get around these problems? 

How do I turn it off for a moment while I use other apps? and turn Malwarebytes back on and scan after? Can I have the best of both worlds?

The VPN portion is probably the issue with the local apps. I assume there is a way to turn off the VPN while using those apps.
