How do I unblock it? It doesn't show up in the quarantined items list, the file is still there, but it says I don't have permissions to open it

Thanks for reporting. You may need to clear your hubblecache.

To clear your hubble cache:

  1. Click on the Malwarebytes icon in the system tray
  2. Select "Quit Malwarebytes"
  3. Navigate to %PROGRAMDATA%\Malwarebytes\MBAMService
  4. Delete the file HubbleCache
  5. Open Malwarebytes

You can also add the folder to your allow list.
