MalwareBytes is saying my website is infected with a Trojan??

Apparently my website, "heartlandchurchnetwork.org", is hiding a Trojan somewhere according to a visitor's MB software.

This is a message I received from a site visitor, "Just tried to go to the website and my Malwarebytes program and Microsoft Edge showed it was compromised with a Trojan Malware. I did not go any further to the website.  I tried Chrome and Firefox, and got the same warning not to proceed. Safari on my Ipad went to the website okay." They also sent a script that MB provided for them:

I'm not sure exactly what is going on and I can't test for myself as I do not personally have MalwareBytes. Is it possible for someone to please help me out?
