RichardS Posted February 29 ID:1620478 Share Posted February 29 (edited) Hi - This just started yesterday. I'm running Chrome on Windows. As of yesterday navigating to any recipe on the NYTimes Cooking Site results in the attached screenshot: ""Just a small kitchen spill... We’re experiencing an error loading this page.". I chatted with NYTimes HelpDesk and they suggested: "yetcemali: We had a user reach out and say that disabling a new browser extension called "Malwarebytes Browser Guard" got it working. I believe we've had two users come back after we suggested disabling it and re-enabling it after successfully logging in to NYT Cooking worked for them." I disabled the extension and the problem went away. I re-enabled it and the problem reoccurred. For the moment I will need to keep it disabled. Any idea when you will have the issue fixed? Thanks! Richard. Edited February 29 by AdvancedSetup Corrected font issue Link to post

RichardS Posted February 29 Author ID:1620524 Share Posted February 29 Hi - I'm running 2.6.23 and I'm told that I'm up to date. Has this been fixed in a later version that I do not yet have access to? Thanks. Richard. Link to post

RichardS Posted February 29 Author ID:1620532 Share Posted February 29 OK. So I can confirm that the problem exists with this version. Link to post
RichardS Posted February 29 Author ID:1620533 Share Posted February 29 . . .and your screenshot showed you are running 2.6.4. But you're internal so of course you have a pre-GA version. :-) :-) Link to post

RichardS Posted February 29 Author ID:1620535 Share Posted February 29 OK. Thanks. For the time being I will keep it disabled so I can access the NYTimes site. I will check periodically if the extension has been updated, and will check if the issue has been fixed yet. Link to post
