I opened and download from online web


You will have to clear the Browser cache do delete what the Browser has in it that is being detected.

Note that this is not an infector.  It is a Phish in email and is ONLY an issue if you fell for the Phish, like a Bank, and tried to logon and gave it your logon credentials.  If this is not the case, clearing the the Browser Cache showed remove the detected content and the issue is resolved.

Notez qu’il ne s’agit pas d’un infecteur. Il s'agit d'un phish dans un courrier électronique et ce n'est un problème que si vous êtes tombé dans le piège du phish, comme une banque, et que vous avez essayé de vous connecter et que vous lui avez donné vos identifiants de connexion. Si ce n'est pas le cas, vider le cache du navigateur supprime le contenu détecté et le problème est résolu.

You are saying you scanned with Windows Defender and again it detected it with...


( I can not read it as I don't speak French ☹️  )

You can not go to your Desktop, find the file, delete the file, and then empty your Recycle Bin?
