need help removing DNSChanger!CA

Ive gone through many scans with malwarebytes, mv regclean, superantispyware, mcaffee scans and adaware/ spybot scans and it wont get rid of it. i have here a hijack this log and can am willing to run another full scan of malwarebytes if need be for better results. when mcaffee catches the trojan it comes up and says that it originated from "C:\windows\system32\tdlwsp.dll"
