Got this pesky trojan and can't get rid of it.

ESET Smart Security v4 says:

Real-time file system protection

file C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CNGAUDIT.DLL

Win32/Sirefef.A trojan

unable to clean

NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM

Event occurred during an attempt to run the file by the application: C:\Windows\System32\svchost.exe.

Eset shows it is still there even in safe mode, ran malwarebytes, trojan trj and adaware to no avail.

Attached is the malwarebytes log as well as hijackthis log.
