form.formcan.com and form.platoforms.com

Hey MalwareBytes,

We are an online form service provider with over 6 years of experience, offering two SaaS products: FormCan, https://formcan.com and PlatoForms, https://platoforms.com, both of which provide online form hosting services. Recently, we've received multiple reports from our customers about their forms being blocked, with the hosted URLs starting with  https://form.formcan.com and https://form.platoforms.com.

Although our service includes a free tier, we recognise the potential risk of phishing forms being published. Despite our strict policy to block such phishing sites, there are still rare instances where malware sites might operate for a few days before we detect and block them. However, blocking our entire sub-domain, which supports thousands of businesses by hosting numerous forms, seems excessive. We kindly request that you review your blacklist and remove form.formcan.com and form.platoforms.com from it. Please feel free to contact us if you require further information. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

Thanks for reporting. The block will be removed.

@BjelakovicL Can I follow up on this issue and confirm if form.platoforms.com and form.formcan.com are whitelisted? Just a few hours ago, we still received reports that our form.platoforms.com is being blocked. If the domains are whitelisted, how long will it take for this to reflect on the client's computer? Many thanks!

It should have already been reflected in Browser Guard. They might have to manually update.
