NOT RESPONDING

We got these new laptops at work in July

Things were good for the first few months then I thing I got infected so our IT guy installed Malware on my computer

He ran it and found some "bugs" and things were better

Now a month latter and I think I've got issues again.

I trying running the Malware program, but it stops responding after about 28 minutes when ever I scan the C drive, D drive is scanned and no problems were found.

So what do I do when I'm infected so bad that not even the anitivrus program will run?
