Legit website is detected as a riskware

Hi! I visited Malayan Law Journal to access some law cases and Malwarebytes detected it as riskware. Is it false positive?

That block means it is the following site is blocked not Malayan Law Journal.

If BG would not have blocked the .jp link Premium also detects it correctly or not.
