dewitt Posted February 8 ID:1616389 Share Posted February 8 (edited) I'm trying to log into my account for a long standing engineering magazine https://www.electronicdesign.com/ Using Firefox, I enter the login/password, hit the Login button, the circle spins but nothing happens. There's no popup from Malwarebytes saying it's blocked but the spinning circle disappears and I'm still in the login dialog. I go into the Firefox add on's dialog, disable Malwarebytes Browser Guard and it works as expected. I re enable the Browser Guard and the problem comes back. I've added the website to the Allowed list and that doesn't work either. Edited February 8 by AdvancedSetup Disabled hyperlinks Link to post

You are looking in the wrong place. look for the puzzle icon at the top right from the address bar. There is an option to pin to taskbar, do so and you can click it and see what the guide was asking you to do. Link to post
dewitt Posted February 8 Author ID:1616441 Share Posted February 8 I didn't find a factory reset there but I did find a set of controls for this web site. I found if i turned off the Ads/Trackers option I could log in. Link to post
Root Admin AdvancedSetup Posted February 8 Root Admin ID:1616459 Share Posted February 8 I don't see a block on the main site but we do block Ads and Trackers on the site Link to post
