It is not the domain we are blocking but the IP. We're blocking the IP because a ton of sites hosted on it is involved in adware, malvertising and push notifications. It is a valid block. There is info on the Brave community site how to disable push notifications entirely if they are annoying to you and you're not concerned about not getting as many rewards from ads.
