One year Malwarebytes Premium offered on Ebay

Greetings,

First, I'm new to this forum and I apologize if this question as been asked and answered in the past.

My question: 

On ebay, a vendor by the name of 'Aqua Reefer UK' (and I'm sure others) state,  "*** We are an authorized Malwarebytes Reseller ***" and they are offering 1 year Malwarebytes Premium for $19.49, which is roughly half the $38.24 (special offer) price currently being offered by Malwarebytes. 

Is this vendor legitimate?  If so, how does this work and why would Malwarebytes support this?  If they are not legitimate, why doesn't Malwarebytes work with eBay to delete these sites?

I'm not aware of any vendor on the eBay site being an authorized reseller.

Finding, tracking down, and taking legal action on thousands of unscrupulous people is more than a full time job for an army of Lawyers. We do try to work on take down requests but it is an overwhelming task.

Also if you have a current subscription, let that one run out before you activate the new one, Time will not be stacked.

Thanks to those who've responded and given advice.  Much appreciated. 

Although I don't understand how this works (possibly something like cellular resale companies e.g., Mint Mobile, that buy large chunks of product and/or services at a discounted rate and then resells them at a small profit?), but, I think it might be worth trying when my yearly subscription ends.  My only concern is that buying from a reseller of any product may come with caveats such as diminished features, no access to customer service etc.  I just may be worth $20 just to find out.

As long as it is purchased from an authorized reseller as yours is, Malwarebytes fully supports the software.
