Malwarebytes Browser Guard Chrome not showing Synced to Premium

After the latest chrome update it seems my Malware bytes is not picking up Ads.  Did something happen recently?  It also makes it appear like im not registered for premium of Malware bytes.  I had just messaged support on this in addition.  I just wanted to see if anyone else was having this issue.

Version 121.0.6167.140 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I just found it how when i started on a different version of chrome.  Last week it was able to catch all of the Ads 3925 and then it suddently dropped to zero.  When i go to the website it shows logged in etc.

MalwareBytes  Browser Guard for Chrome
Version  2.6.20

I suggest you do a reset.

Thank you that seemed to do the trick.  Appreciate the help.  Does that happen often?  Thanks again, it had seemed to happened across the board to all the machines i had attached it to.

Chrome updates weekly and that might be causing issues. Personally, I won't use a Chromium-based browser as my daily browser.

What would your recommendation be browser-wise be?

I use Firefox.
