MBAE pops up with the notification that Firefox is protected

Good afternoon gentlemen. Please excuse my translation, but I do not speak English, since I am Spanish. I have a problem with
Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit on 2 PCs with Windows 10 Pro installed, which had never happened to me in any of the previous versions. Suddenly, while on the desktop or in the Chrome browser, Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit jumps out at me with the notification that Firefox is protected. Without having ever run Firefox and even though it has been disabled so that it does not automatically start the service. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the MBA-E on several occasions, doing a deep cleaning of the registry and deleting all traces, but the problem persists and this has me baffled. Please can you help me. Thank you in advance and I reiterate my apologies for the translation.

Good day, @kurt00

To begin, please do the following so that we may take a closer look at your installation for troubleshooting:

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained are safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

  • Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
  • In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
  • Run the MBST Support Tool
  • In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
  • In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
  • A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to the Public desktop, please upload that file on your next reply

Thank you
