False Positive Re-check Request for https://www.101christiansocialnetwork.com

Hello..

one of my domains is on your blacklist and I'm trying to get it cleared. I contacted my ISP and they said they blocked it as 'possibly having a virus' because 4-5 A/V sites have.

To try and fix the issue, I contacted my host Bluehost who said they could not see any issues with my site their end. However I asked them to run their AV on the site and check the SSL. Following that I removed 2 unknown files (the SSL was setup fine) and checked all system software, plugins and themes are up to date.

I then run about 12 external and internal file/db scanners on the site which all came up clean (I can send you screenshots of these). I have changed all passwords including the database. Can you re-scan it? If clean - can it come off the list? It's damaging for my members to think I installed a virus or I'm phishing and I'll have to rebuild the site - 20 years online (started this site in 2014).

If you find a virus please let me know so I can make a decision as to how to move forward

Thanks for looking E. Bonthrone.

Hi - no - because I only have the free version. I am now wondering if I actually saw a false positive from Malwarebytes? Oh dear - I'm now a bit confused. Is it not on your list?

FYI I have just had a reversal from AVAST who have re-checked my site. See below;

Hello,
Thank you for reporting this false positive.

We have now cleared its reputation in our database based on the findings and removed the detection. This change may take up to 24 hours to take full effect. Please accept our apology for the inconvenience caused.

If the detection persists after 24 hours, update the virus database in Avast anti-virus and reply to this email with the attached files:
1.Take a screenshot of the Avast detection dialog (Threat Secured pop-up with See details - displayed at the bottom).
2.Take a screenshot of the Avast virus database (open Avast antivirus and go to Menu > About).
We hope you have a nice day and stay safe online.

Hello-

We do not show either the domain nor the IP which the domain resides on in our database, was this perhaps a Browser Guard block only?

Yes - I think I've been a bit stressed and must have seen it on one of the A/V browser guards I have - sorry if I wasted your time. Thanks for checking
