Malwarebytes detecting Phishing and Malware on common website

I've used this website multiple times (POPL - digital business card) and now I'm getting phishing and malware alerts for it. Not sure what's changed. I've attached the report below. If someone can look at it and tell me if this is accurate or a false positive.  Thank you

The first attachment is a duplicate of the phishing alert doc...thought I deleted it before uploading.
