The site is a new static Azure Static Web Application.  Azure creates a static URL yellow-hill-03186ac10.2.azurestaticapps.net and a CNAME redirects myreddog.ciaservices.com to that URL.  There are valid SSL certificates for both URLs, but the site is being flagged as Heuristics: phishing by Browser Guard on Chome.  It is not doing this on Microsoft Edge.  Please whitelist the site.
