browser guard identifies my accredited tax preparer's site as phishing

I got a warning from browser guard not to proceed.

The vendor is accredit A+ by the BBB, and I have visited him at his office as a new customer.

The portal he provided to upload tax info to is being flagged as phishing by Browser Guard 

v2.6.19 Heuristics | Phishing.

I notified the accountant - he assures me the site is secure and safe.  

Please advise if there is a way to verify?
