advanced remover wont go away

i downloaded objectdock plus as i thought it was free. i clicked on a link in google and the link had a green tick sign from mc afee site advisor(i got it when i installed mc afee security center).

the link led me to a website to which i downloaded a setup file .when i scanned the file mc afee showed that the file was clean.but when i clicked on the file instead of objectdock plus advanced virus remover got installed.

i dont know how to remove it via control panel but i deleted the icon on the desktop and on the start menu but when i tried to delete it from the programme files i cant it says that the file is in use. so i downloaded Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware but it says

'error code:703,0,9'

advanced virus remover has blocked my speakers windows media player,taskbar,it wont allow me to open regedit

please gelp
