I have the vpn on, but your website thinks I dont?

Please do the following so that we may take a closer look at your system.


Then please restart the computer and do the following.

WARNING: Do Not click the Repair option under Advanced unless requested by a Malwarebytes support agent or authorized helper

NOTE: The tools and the information obtained are safe and not harmful to your privacy or your computer, please allow the programs to run if blocked by your system.

  • Download the Malwarebytes Support Tool
  • In your Downloads folder, open the mb-support-x.x.x.xxx.exe file
  • In the User Account Control pop-up window, click Yes to continue the installation
  • Run the MBST Support Tool
  • The tool will also download and run a file named FRSTEnglish. Please allow it to do so.
  • In the left navigation pane of the Malwarebytes Support Tool, click Advanced
  • In the Advanced Options, click Gather Logs. A status diagram displays the tool is Getting logs from your machine
  • A zip file named mbst-grab-results.zip will be saved to the Desktop or on the hidden Public desktop (usually C:\Users\Public\Desktop), please upload that file on your next reply

No thanks, not going thru all that for a few settings on this vpn, no offence...., but if you ever fix your homepage with that message, i'll come back and purchase it. i dont trust this vpn is even working after seeing your homepage message. i'm good tho, no worries. have a good one,

If you are using Malwarebytes privacy do you have any ad-blockers enabled??? if so disable them and see if the message changes i know this worked for me a few months ago. Staff pointed out that ad-blockers can interfere with it being detected as "on try disabling any ad blockers and see if that works the site should now be able to detect it as "on".

yep, that was it. woohoo!  because i'm loving this vpn. even in multihop this thing is fasttttt.

so this is a win. good on your staff for remembering that one.

one more quick question, and i'll leave you to it,   so what happens if i want to by a year of your premium one, but i cant pay for a couple of week, so how do i keep the same account going after the 7 days? do i reactivate it or do i have to install it again with a new activation etc, and thanks Brad!
