Hello,

I am writing to you on behalf of QuillBot, a Learneo, Inc. business, regarding an urgent matter involving taskhub.quillbot.dev.
QuillBot is the owner and operator of taskhub.quillbot.dev which is used by us to, among other things, power features on the QuillBot service. It has come to our attention that your antivirus chrome extension (Malwarebytes Browser Guard) is currently issuing a phishing warning for taskhub.quillbot.dev when users attempt to visit the QuillBot service, which we believe is a false positive.
We understand that your company’s primary goal is to protect users from potential security threats, and we appreciate your commitment to ensuring online safety. However, given the legitimate nature of our website, we respectfully request that MalwareBytes promptly remove the warning it has placed on taskhub.quillbot.dev, which is being displayed to MalwareBytes users attempting to access the QuillBot service. Please note, QuillBot implements commercially reasonable security measures to protect our platform and user data. We regularly carry out security vulnerability audits and utilize industry-standard encryption protocols and have not detected any malicious activity or phishing attempts on taskhub.quillbot.dev.
The phishing warning displayed by your antivirus software is causing unnecessary concerns and hesitations among our users, ultimately damaging the reputation and credibility of the QuillBot brand and service. We request that you conduct a thorough review of taskhub.quillbot.dev, reassess the status of the phishing warning, and remove it immediately. If necessary, we are willing to provide any additional information or evidence to support the removal of the warning.

Regards,

Mukul P
